Place the scales on a level, hard and
dry surface.
The delivered scales are set to kg/cm.
This setting can be switched with the selector
switch 5 to lb/inch (lb = English pound) or to
st/inch (st = English stone).
Note: If the setting is in lb, the display is in
0. 1 steps, if the setting is in st, the subĆunit
is lb.
Two functions can be selected with these
scales:
- Weighing function only or
- Measurement of weight, body fat and body
water content as well as determination of
bone and muscle mass (input personal
data).

The scales feature 10 memory locations into
which personal data such as size, age and sex
are input.
Note: If no button is pressed within 30 sec.
during programming, the scales automatically
switch off. If the + or ć button 2 is held down,
the numerical sequence is accelerated.

To program the scales, place them on a level
surface.

Press the Set button 4. The setting for the
memory location flashes, e.g. M4.

Select a memory location, e.g. M2, with the
+ or ć button 2.

Press Set button 4, the setting option for
HEIGHT flashes.

Input size with the + or ć button 2.
S
Press the Set button 4 to save the setting.
The setting for age (AGE) flashes.

Input age (10-99) with the + or ć button 2.
S
Press the Set button 4 to save the setting.
The settings for GENDER and
flash.

Select (male) or (female) with the + or
ć button 2.

Save the settings by pressing the centre
of the weighing area.
The setting options light up briefly on the
display, then the scales switch to 0. 0 kg
(lb or st).

The scales switch off automatically.
The settings for this user are saved.
