Operation
● Plug in the appliance and place on a level,
heat-resistant surface.
● Push the ring switch 1 forwards to switch
the appliance on. The position of the ring
switch determines the temperature:
1 = approx. 140 °C for fine hair
2 = approx. 170 °C for normal hair
3 = approx. 200 °C for thicker hair
● Select the desired temperature. The
appliance will heat up and the LED 2 will
start to blink.
● As soon as the temperature set has been
reached, the LED will remain 2 lighting.
The hair can now be straightened.
● To switch off, push ring switch 1 back-
wards.
Use
Risk of burns!
Do not let the appliance come into contact
with your skin (face, scalp or ears).
You can use the hair straightener to
straighten or curl your hair. Only use the
appliance on dry hair.
Information: Fine hair responds particu-
larly quickly to the treatment with the heat-
ing plates.
The even heat emission of the heating
plates is especially gentle on the hair. The
result is smooth hair with an intensive, silky
shine.
Important: Never hold the straightener in
one place for longer than 2 seconds.
● Comb the hair and section it into even
strands (about 5 cm wide).
● Starting from the roots, place a section of
hair between the plates.
● Press the plates together and pull down
gently and evenly toward the ends of the
hair.
● Repeat the process for all sections of
hair. Allow hair to cool completely before
styling.
Tip: For shoulder-length hair, each section
should take approx. 10 seconds.

Ionisation
This hair straightener comes with Quattro-
Ion Technology (4 ion outlets) with Shine
Boost Power. Ions are electrically loaded
particles that exist in the air, which are cre-
ated by an ion generator in the appliance.
Thanks to the quadruple ionisation of the
Quattro-Ion Hair Straightener with its extra-
wide ion current, the static charging, i. e.
the frizzing of hair, is visibly reduced (anti-
static effect).
The result: noticeably softer hair that is
easier to comb and has an intensive, silky
shine.
