When spare parts are ordered we need the following details:
• Machine type according to nameplate (e.g. WCH14)
• Machine number according to nameplate (e.g. 10989700)
• Machine index according to nameplate (e.g. 002)
• Spare part number according to the spare parts list (e.g. 961901)
