Setting image effect
You can apply special effects to your recordings to add a
personal touch.

Bring up the menu.
Press the Menu/OK button.

Enter the Advanced menu.
Press the Up or Down button to select
the Advanced item, and then press the Menu/
OK button.

Enter the Effect menu.
Press the Up or Down button to select
the Effect item, and then press the Menu/OK
button.

Select an item to apply.
Press the Up or Down button to select
a preferred setting, and then press the Menu/
OK button to apply. The following
table gives details on the applicable options:
Icon Text Description
Normal* allows you to take pictures in natural color.
B / W allows you to take pictures in black and white.
Classic
allows you to take sepia-toned pictures, resembling old
photos.
