The bun warmers are countertop cabinets designed to heat and hold buns and almost any other food. The

bun warmers can be used either crisp or moist, which allows you the option of either a dry heat system if

crisp food is desired, or a moist atmosphere inside the cabinet. The stainless steel construction of this unit is

durable and provides for easy care.

Before installing and operating this equipment be sure everyone involved in its operation are fully trained

and are aware of all precautions.Accidents and problems can result by a failure to follow fundamental rules

and precautions.
