8. Install the Closeout Brackets to the Tow Loops using 1/2” x 1 1/2" hex head bolts with
washers and nut plate. Leave loose so there is some adjustment to align with the
bumper
9. NOTE: The top side bolts are currently 1/2" x 1”. They need to be replaced with a
1/2" x 1 1/2" bolts to account for the added thickness of the Tow Loop Brackets
10. Attach the Closeout Brackets to the backside of the bumper with 3/8” hex head bolts,
washers, and flange nuts. The bolts should be installed from the inside of the bumper out
as previously done
11. You can tighten all hardware at this point
