The cooling circuit is fi tted with thermostat-control-
led three-way valves. This enables diversion of water
past the heat exchanger during the pump start-up
phase. During operation of the pump, a temperature
switch monitors the water temperature and a fl ow
switch controls the fl ow rate. The cooling system is
equipped with a temperature and fl ow switch.
