Basic waffle recipe
3 free range eegs
150 ml of semi-skimmed milk
230g self raising flour
30g sugar
100g butter
(extra: vanilla extract)
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Melt the butter allowing it too drop in temperature slightly
Whisk the 3 eggs
Add the butter, sugar and milk together#
Mix and fold in the flour gently
Add the salt
Once the waffle maker is at the correct temperature begin to cook
Cleaning and maintenance
Always remember to unplug the unit from the electrical outlet when it is not
in use and before cleaning.
Let the unit cool down completely before cleaning.
The waffle plates are not removable, to clean the waffle plates first remove
the larger pieces of food such as burnt on dough, use only soft tools for
cleaning such as plastic or wooden spoons, never use any baking oven sprays
or other sharp, pointed or scouring cleaning materials, you can then clean
the waffle plates with hot water and the cleaning medium. Allow the housing
and waffle plates to dry before storing.
The body of the appliance and the stand should be cleaned with a damp
cloth. Do not use bleach or other abrasive substances or solvents to clean
