Savoury Crepes
Method

Mix or blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Heat the crepe maker to a medium/ high heat and brush with oil. Pour 2
ladles of batter mix onto the heating surface.

Coat the surface evenly with the batter.

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen
with a spatula, turn and cook the other side for approximately 30 seconds.
