Cleaning instructions

Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning. The egg
tray, steamer tray, poaching tray and cover can be washed as normal. The
cooking plate which is fixed to the bottom of the appliance can only be
cleaned with a moistened towel or cloth.

Do not immerse the appliance in water or liquid for any other reason.

When excessive scales are deposited in the appliance, normal household
vinegar can be used to remove it. Dilute the vinegar with water (add 1 part
vinegar to ten parts water). Pour the solution into the relevant parts and
allow it to soak. Pour the liquid away, rinse and dry it with a towel.
Disposal of the appliance

ordinary household waste, as electrical and electronic waste must be
disposed of separately.
In accordance with the WEEE directive, every member state must ensure correct
collection, recovery, handling and recycling of electrical and electronic waste.
Private households in the E.U. can take used equipment to special recycling stations
free of charge. In certain member states used apparatus can be returned to the
dealer where they were bought on the condition you buy new products. Contact
your retailer, distributor or the municipal authorities for further information on
what you should do with electrical and electronic waste.
