place the unit on a hot surface.

Always remove the plug of the appliance safely. Do not pull on the appliances
cord to remove the appliance plug from the electrical socket.

Never handle or operate the appliance with wet hands.

Do not place your fingers over the air hole in the lid when the appliance is in
operation, risk of scalding.
Operating the Egg Boiler
Using the measuring cup
Before starting the appliance please fill the egg boiler with water using the
measuring cup to the required level indicated. The measuring cup gives an
indication of the water level need to cook soft, medium or hard eggs . The amount
of water required will depend on the amount of eggs you want to cook.
Note: When making hard boiled eggs, the water may evaporate from the
appliance. This will be signalled by the machine.
Preparing the eggs
Use the pin that is located on the bottom of the measuring cup to prick a small
aperture into the larger end of the egg. This will prevent the egg shells from bursting
during boiling. Place the eggs into the egg tray and then place the tray into the
boiling plate. At this point the lid should be closed.
Boiling the eggs
Plug the egg boiler into the power supply and switch it on. The egg boiler will now
be in operation. When all the water has evaporated the built-in thermostat will
switch off the boiler and a buzzer will sound. The eggs will now be cooked to your
preference. Switch the egg boiler off and unplug it from the power supply. Remove
the lid carefully as it will be hot and steam may be released. Take out the steam tray
and cool the eggs.
Egg poacher
To poach eggs, fill the egg boiler with a full measuring cup of water and instead of
placing the eggs into the egg tray, crack the eggs into the sections of the poacher
tray. Place the poacher tray onto the egg tray, close the lid and switch on the egg
boiler. The egg boiler will now begin to poach your eggs. Switch off the egg boiler
and remove the eggs once they have been cooked to your liking. If the buzzer
