Place kibbe attachments (16) onto the feed screw shaft, fitting protrusions in
the slots (Fig.8).
4.
Screw the fixing ring (13) into place until tight. Do not over tighten (Fig.9).
5.
Form a cylindrical shell
using the mixture and stuff
with mince meat. (Fig.10).
6.
Form kibbe as illustrated
above and deep fry.
Making Sausages
Before starting please assemble sausage attachment by following (Fig.11)
Making sausages:
1.
Wash parts illustrated in Fig 11,
ensuring they are dried fully
before use.
2.
Hold the head (8) and insert it into the inlet, turn the fasten button
clockwise so that the head is secured tightly.
3.
Place the snake (9), the cutting blade (14) and the desired cutting plate (10-
12) into the head (8) as shown in the sequence.
4.
Place the desired sausage attachment (15) into the sausage block.
5.
Place the assembled sausage attachment (15) next to the cutting blade (14),
fitting the protrusions in the slot. Then screw the fixing ring (13) tight and
place the hopper plate (1) on the head and fix it into position.
6.
Put the sausage skin over the sausage skin attachment.
7.
Press the “ON” button.
8.
Feed foods into the hopper plate (1) by using the food pusher only.
9.
You should stop the machine when the sausage skin is filled with meat, and
