Making Kibbe
Stuffing
Method
1.
Mince mutton once or twice.

Fry onion until brown and add minced mutton, all spices, salt and flour.
Shell Mixture
Method
Mince the meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Grind the mixture three times.
3.
Disassemble by reversing the steps from 5-3 of “assembling the appliance”
to remove the cutting plate (10-12) and cutting blade (14).
