Then remove baked on foods and rinse in warm water.

To avoid a soapy after taste, do not use soap or detergents.

After washing allow the stone to dry thoroughly before using it again.

Do not soak the pizza stone in water.

The pizza stone will darken gradually and stain with use. This is part of the
stones natural seasoning and will not harm the taste of the food.

Handle the stone with care to prevent chipping or breaking.

Basic Pizza Recipe

1 package of active dry yeast

1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar

3-4 cups of all purpose flour

1 cup of warm water

2 tabelspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

Method



Dissolve yeast in water with sugar.



Mix 2 cups of flour, salt and oil in a large bowl.



Stir in the additional flour until the dough begins to form a ball and is easy to
handle.



Place the dough on a lightly floured pastry cloth and knead until smooth and
elastic (8-10 minutes)



Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm spot until its
doubled in size, approx. 1 hour.



Punch it down and knead it again.



Allow it to rise for 20-30 minutes and preheat the pizza stone at
450˚F/232˚C.
