FUNCTIONING
The on/off switch button may be used as follows:
FUNCTION USE
Pulse Suitable to chop meat.
Continuous Suitable to chop vegetables.
ATTENTION!
All parts that come in contact with food when using the machine should
be carefully cleaned before use.
Use caution when handling the blades (3) to prevent accidental cuts.
HOW TO CLEAN THE BOWL (4),
THE PROTECTION RING (2) AND THE BLADES (3)
• The bowl (4), the protection ring (2) and the blades (3) may be cleaned as follows:
- by hand, with water and a detergent;
- in the dishwasher, making sure the water’s maximum temperature does not exceed
60°C.
CLEANING THE MOTOR UNIT (1)
• Clean the motor unit (1) and the power supply cable (6) with a damp and well squeezed
sponge.
USE
ATTENTION!
• Do not use the mini chopper with liquid ingredients.
• Do not chop parmesan cheese.
• Chop the ingredients into small pieces.
• Do not exceed the maximum level indicated on the bowl (4).
• Do not leave any food inside the bowl (4) beyond the time required for
preparation.
• For safety reasons it is not possible to use the appliance without
properly installing the protection ring (2).
• Do not introduce more than 50 gr. of raw meat or solid food.
• After 30 seconds of operation let the appliance cool down.
• After 5 continuous processing cycles, leave the appliance to cool
down for at least 30 minutes.
