USEFUL ADVICE
Quickly gained experience in using your hair straightener will help you determine exactly how
long to set the hair for the effect you want.
- Start styling from the back of the neck, then on the sides and end with the forehead.
- When using the hair straightener and during the heating up and cooling down phases,
place it on a smooth and heat-resistant surface.
- While styling, take care not to bring the straightener too close to sensitive areas of the
face, the ears, the neck or the skin.
- After use, let the hair straightener cool down completely before putting it away.
Warning:
When you have finished using the hair straightener, make sure it has cooled down
completely before winding the power cord.
PREPARING THE HAIR
- Wash the hair as usual and brush out any tangles.
- Dry it completely, brushing it from the roots towards the tips.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
- Your hair straightener comes with a digital temperature control system. This allows you to
regulate the temperature of the plates according to your hair type and the kind of style you
want.
- Press the buttons c to regulate the temperature.
- You can select a temperature of between 140°C and 200°C.
OPERATION
- Plug in the hair straightener.
- Press the on-off button
b . The LCD display a comes on.
- Press the buttons c to select the temperature.
- The straightener will be ready to use in a few seconds. The temperature you have selected
will flash on the LCD display a until this temperature is reached.
- Take a thin and limp lock of the same size as the straightener between your fingers and
place it between the two plates d .
- Hold the lock taut with one hand, close the straightener and slide it down from the roots
towards the tips with the other hand. You can change the temperature whenever you like.
- When you have finished styling, switch off the appliance by holding down button b .
Warning:
While you are using the appliance, you may notice some steam coming out, which is
excess moisture in the hair that soon evaporates. This is not damaging and is a sign
of your hair's natural hydration.
CLEANING
Only clean plates d with a soft, damp cloth:
- unplug the appliance
- check that the plates are cool
- clean the surface and leave to dry
