The form fields can hold the following items:
Field name Description
Server IP address This address may be either a public or a private IP address.

It contains a description of setting up a naming-scheme for ID-tags
Serial nr. This field is for the MJK serial number, you will find it on the identification label on the
Telephone nr. This field is for the telephone number associated with the SIM-card in a specific MJK
SIM-card nr.
