Secondo la Direttiva Macchine 98/37/CE il motore è un componente. Pertanto gli aspetti di sicurezza dell’impianto su cui viene montato
devono essere garantiti dall’installazione.
La marcatura di conformità "CE", per la Direttiva 89/336/CEE, è limitata ad un utilizzo diretto del motore.
In caso di impiego in un sistema la verifica di conformità deve essere condotta sul sistema stesso a cura dell’installatore.

According to the Machinery Directive 98/37/EC, this motor is a component and all the safety aspects of the system on which it is installed
must therefore be guaranteed by the installer.
Pursuant to Directive 89/336/EEC, the "CE" mark only applies if the motor is used on its own.
If the motor is installed on a system, the installer must the conformity of the system in its entirety.
