Problem Possible Solution
No picture • Make sure all connections are secure
• Make sure unit has power connected
• If power/CEC and input LEDS are blinking,
make sure that the HDMI outputs from the
sources are properly connected and engaged
No sound
• Make sure all connections are secure
• Make sure that HDMI outputs from the
sources have audio output engaged
CEC does not Function • Make sure that CEC function is activated on
the switch
• Make sure that CEC function is properly
activated on other equipment
Note: In order for CEC to work properly, every
component in the system must have CEC
capabilities
