device networks are identified by the missing entry in the column
"Plant operator". If you have selected the required device network, you
now see in the opening window all relevant details to this device
network. Click to the button "Edit". Fill in the necessary fields.
The setting "Time zone" must be correct because this can influence
the time stamp shown in the measured value view. The clocks are
compared each time a data exchange between signal conditioning
instrument and WEB-VV takes place. If a deviation of the real time
clock of the signal conditioning instrument is determined, it is
synchronised with the time of the WEB-VV server.
In the access data it is possible to store data for remote parameter
adjustment purposes, e.g. with PACTware. These data are only of an
informative nature and are not used by WEB-VV. When you have
made all settings, click the button "Continue". You will now see the
transmission interval saved in the signal conditioning instrument. The
function "Send transmission interval to signal conditioning instrument"
is not possible at the moment. Click again on "Continue". In the last
step you assign the device network to a plant operator and a project.
To do this, select the desired plant operator and suitable project from
the selection list and then save your selection via the button "Save and
quit".
