Tip
• If i is displayed in the information box, you can
receive detailed information about that program
and view the program’s channel listing by
pressing the INFO button. You can set the
GUIDE Plus+ timer to record by pressing the
green (Record) button, or to view by pressing the
blue (Watch) button.
To go back to the Grid menu, press INFO.
Note
• If no programs appear on the program listing, the VCR hasn’t received the GUIDE
Plus+ data. To receive the GUIDE Plus+ program listing on a daily basis, be sure to
turn off the VCR when not in use. Whenever the VCR is turned off, it is in data
receiving standby mode, and will receive the program listing once per day. Select
“No listing” on the Grid menu’s program list to see the next data transmission start
time. In most cases, it takes about two hours to download the data.
Watching a program
Push the cursor stick to >/./?// to select a currently broadcast
program which you want to watch, then press the cursor stick (OK). The
Grid menu disappears and you can watch the selected program.
