Concentrator
With dryer concentrator, you can direct the airflow straight at the brush or comb with which you
are styling your hair.
1. Pre-dry your hair with the hairdryer on the highest heat setting. For drying, separate your hair
into 5-cm wide sections. Place a large round brush at the root of one of the sections.
2. Point the hair dryer with the concentrator at a 90-degree angle to the section and run the
brush under it, beginning at the roots and working down to the tips. Your hair dryer should
now be set at medium. Repeat the process several times to dry the section completely before
moving on to the next section.
3. Finish by turning the ends under.
Volume diffuser usage
First method
1. Dry your hair beginning at the roots and using circular motions, always moving in the same
direction. Use the diffuser with the hair dryer set at speed “I” only.
2. Continue drying, keeping the hair dryer at a 90-degree angle from scalp. This will lift the roots
away from the scalp giving your hair volume.
3. Finish by drying the ends.
Second method
1. To add volume to your hair, dry it upside down so that the roots fall away from your scalp. Use
the diffuser with the hair dryer set at speed “I” only.
2. Point the hair dryer at the roots to give your hair maximum volume.
3. Continue the process to the ends of your hair.
