Make sure the firmware is installed correctly, and no system partitions on the HDD

were deleted. If hard disc failure occurs, please backup your data and reinstall the

firmware.

transmission speed of my HDD can’t up to 3Gbps or

higher when connected to PC

Make sure there is a USB 3.0 host controller installed on your PC, the

transmission speed

is related with HDD itself and also the configuration of PC.
