An ideal use for plastic cards is for the tagging and identification of
luggage. There are two different tag styles available, a simple vinyl
holder designed for use with a rubber loop strap or a coloured rigid PVC
holder with matching plastic lock strap.
Alternatively, we can offer a range of leather straps with either steel or
brass buckles in a variety of lengths and widths which can be inserted
directly through a slot punched in the card.

Variety of styles & colours
We offer a comprehensive range of tools to assist in the manufacture of
ID cards. The first is a hand-held hole punch which allows you to cut a
5mm diameter hole for a keyring or chain, plus we offer a range of slot
punches designed for cutting a 3 x 12.5mm slot for a lanyard or clip.
These are available as hand-held items with or without a card guide and
are ideal for occasional use.
For larger volume users we offer a manual or motorised desk-top punch
with guide which makes production of large volumes of cards very simple.
Finally, we offer the “Accu-Guide” card alignment tool which allows you to
quickly and easily align and mount self-adhesive cards onto any kind of
proximity card. This allows the proximity card to be reused by removing
and replacing the self-adhesive card and reprogramming the Smart chip.

An effective and convenient way to display and store plastic ID cards.
We offer two different racks to display the cards - either portrait or
landscape. Both racks are made from metal and are capable of holding
up to 40 cards each.

Custom Printing
To further enhance your badge reels and lanyards, we offer a custom printing service.
The centre of badge reels can be printed in any Pantone PMS colour or 4 colour process. The rim of the
reel can also be printed in any Pantone PMS colour. For a more professional finish and added durability
the centre can be covered in a clear epoxy “dome”.
Lanyards can be customised using a number of different processes.
Dye Sublimation - Ideal for detailed logos or artwork using any Pantone PMS colour. Up to 5 colours
onto any colour lanyard or 6 colours onto a white lanyard. Minimum Order Qty 500 pcs.
Silk Screening - Ideal for simple text and logos using any 1 Pantone PMS colour onto the standard
lanyard material. Minimum Order Qty 250 pcs.
Hot Stamping - Low cost solution ideal for small quantities and best suited to straight text. Up to 2
colours (choice of black, blue, green, purple, yellow, red or white) can be printed onto the standard
lanyard material. Minimum Order Qty 100 pcs.
