1 Turn on the computer.

2 Make sure that the power switch on the rear panel of the CRW2200UX

drive is set to STANDBY.

3 Connect the included USB cable with the CRW2200UX drive.

The included USB cable has two types of plugs: series A plug and series B plug.

Insert the series B plug (with a square cross section) of the included USB cable in
the USB port of the CRW2200UX drive.
