FAT BURNER
is a program designed to target
your stored body fat. This program is generally
used at a slightly lower resistance level but
runs for longer durations than other programs.
WATTS
is a program that lets you exercise at a
set work level. As you increase your pedal
rate (your RPM), your resistance will
decrease; as you decrease your pedal rate,
your resistance will increase.
