Display has tiny
black or bright
points.
This is a normal result of the manufacturing
process, not a malfunction.
Only can see 6
pictures on a card.
Use the NEXT button to see the next 6
thumbnails.
Picture display
seems slow.
Use lower resolution pictures.
VistaFrame
doesn't display any
pictures.
Make sure your memory card is inserted
properly and that the pictures on it are in
JPEG format.
Pictures may be saved in a DCIM folder
VistaFrame
doesn’t display all
my pictures.
VistaFrame is limited to 500 images per
directory. Make sure that the pictures on the
card are in JPEG format.
Black Screen
Be sure that the POWER LED is illuminated.
Press any button to wake up VistaFrame.
