When all values have been entered the program will begin. You can press
START at any time to begin the program with the settings you have entered.
ENTERING RESISTANCE LEVEL OR
INCLINE LEVEL
Use the RESISTANCE UP and
RESISTANCE DOWN arrow keys
to adjust the displayed resistance
level to the correct value.
Some programs may require you
to set the incline level. Set the
incline level with the INCLINE UP
and INCLINE DOWN arrow
keys. Press ENTER to select.
ENTER USER WEIGHT
Use the UP arrow key and DOWN
arrow key to adjust the user weight
to the correct value. Press ENTER to
select.
