Battery installation for the Remote Control

Remove the insulating mylar strip from the battery if the battery is being used for the first time, it is located at the
bottom back side of the remote control.

If the remote control unit fails to work even when it is operated near the unit, replace the battery.
1.
Press and hold the battery release tab in the direction of arrow
n
.
2.
Pull out the battery holder completely in the direction of arrow
o
as shown in
the left.
3.
Remove the old battery, and place a new battery in the holder.
4.
Push the holder back into the remote control.
Note: Use a 3V lithium battery (No. CR2025 or equivalent)
Caution: Be careful when you press the slot of the battery compartment with your fingernails only as this might break them.
