Read First:To uninstall you Visioneer OneTouch 58XX scanner ~ remove
the OneTouch Version 3.0 software first. You can then remove the other
software you installed for your scanner,
U NINSTALLING YOUR V ISIONEER O NE T OUCH S CANNER
F OR W INDOWS 98, 98 SE, &ME:
1. Click “Start” on the Windows Taskbar.
2. Click “Setting >Control Panel” from the menu.
Double Click the “Add/Remove Programs” Icon to view the “Add/
Remove Programs Properties” window.
3. From the Install/Uninstall tab, highlight “OneTouch Version 3.0”
in the Menu. Click the “Add/Remove” Button.
4. The “Select Uninstall Method Window” opens.
Important: The illustration on Page 39 shows the “Select Uninstall Method”
window. The “automatic” radio button should be selected by default. Unless
you are an advanced user, Visioneer recommends using “Automatic”.
F OR W INDOWS 2000 & XP:
1. Click “Start” on the Windows Taskbar.
2. Click “Control Panel” from the menu.
3. Double Click the “Add/Remove Programs” Icon to view the “Add/
Remove Programs” (Add or Remove Programs” for XP users)
window. Highlight OneTouch Version 3.0 in the Menu. Click the
“Change/Remove” Button.
4. The “Select Uninstall Method” window opens.
