GENERAL SETUP
The setting menu is as follows:
TV DISPLAY
1. NORMAL/PS
This is selected when the unit is con-
nected to a normal TV. Wide-screen
images are shown on the screen, but
with some parts cut automatically.
2. NORMAL/LB
This is selected when the unit is con-
nected to a normal TV. Wide-screen
images are shown on the screen,
with black belt on the top and bot-
tom.

3. WIDE
This is selected when the unit is con-
nected to a wide-screen TV.
TV TYPE
You may select according to the color
system of the TV to be connected.
Select “MULTI” for a multi-system
TV.
Select “NTSC” for a NTSC TV.
Select “PAL” for a PAL TV.
Note: “TV Type” can only be selected
when the slide switch (VIDEO/TFT) is
set to “VIDEO” position and the unit
is connected to a TV.
OSD LANGUAGE
CHINESE
The OSD is in Chinese.
ENGLISH
The OSD is in English.
SPDIF OUTPUT
SPDIF OFF: No signal is output
from the digital port.
SPDIF/RAW: Select this when the
DVD player is connected with a dig-
ital amplifier through a digital port.
When a Dolby Digital disc or MPEG
disc is played, the digital output
will be optional. The power amplifi-
