VIDEO
3D Y/C (4MB, 10-bit) Comb Filter with Vertical
Contour Correction - Eliminates most video noise
normally seen in RF and composite video signals. This
advanced filter analyzes sequential fields of information
to eliminate dot crawl and color bleed. Additional, the
3D Y/C (4MB, 10-bit) Comb Filter significantly reduces
detail noise, seen as shimmering or flicker, in complex
or intricately detailed scenes.
Cinema Mode (3:2 Pulldown) - produces sharp,
accurate full-frame progressive images from any source.
This circuitry identifies original film-based content from
DVDs. Then, instead of simply passing the signal through
for processing, it reassembles the frame sequence to
more accurately reproduce the original 24 frame film-
based material. This eliminates the possibility of errors
or artifacts that can be caused by simply doubling the
signal.
CableClear ™ DNR - Designed to optimize poor NTSC
signals from antenna or cable. This noise reduction
system eliminates video noise (“snow”) for a clean crisp
image. This system detects the quality of the incoming
video signal and automatically applies the needed
amount of video optimization. It utilizes the 3D Y/C
Comb Filter to compare video fields and determine the
existence of random luminance noise. Digital filters then
eliminate field variances to clear the random noise. In
addition, the sharpness setting is automatically optimized
to best match the video signal quality.
AUDIO
BBE ® Sound - BBE ® Sound enhancement circuitry is
designed to enhance the mid to high frequencies to
create clear, crisp dialogue from the TV’s internal
speakers.
CONVENIENCE
StableSound ® - eliminates the annoyance of drastic
volume fluctuations while changing channels or when
channels go to a commercial break. StableSound
®
maintains television volume within a preset range
regardless of the source signal.
