DOMAIN - You specified an argument to a function
outside the valid range. For example:
• For
x ‡: x=0; y<0 and x not an odd integer.
• For y x : y and x=0; y<0 and x not an integer.
• For ‡x, x<0.
• For x!: x is not an integer between 0 and 69.
• For Boolean and, or, xor: x or y in Hex out of range
(>2 39 ).
• For log or ln: x0.
• For tan: x=90¡, -90¡, 270¡, -270¡, 450¡, etc.
• For sin
-1 or cos -1 : |x| > 1.
• For tanh -1 (x): |x|>1.
• For cosh -1 (0).
• For cosh -1 (x): x<0.
• For nCr or nPr: either n or r is not an integer | 0.
• |æ| ‚ 1E10, where æ is an angle in a trig or
P 4Rx(, P4Ry( function.
STAT -
• Pressing 8 with no defined data points.
• When not in STAT mode, pressing 7, 8,
or %h.
COMPLEX - Using a complex number incorrectly in an
operation or in memory.
BASE - Using a base incorrectly or in the wrong mode.
INTEGRATE - Error in setting up integration problem:
• A>B, or
• C not integer 1-99, or
• A, B, or C undefined.
