Press the FLASH button to set the

flash mode to

*In the night scene flash mode the

necessary shutter speed may be very slow
(up to 2 seconds) to attain proper
exposure. To prevent blurred pictures

resulting from camera shake, the camera
should be set firmly in position (with a
tripod for example).

In the flash AUTO mode, only the
main subject will be properly exposed.

By using the night scene flash mode,

both the subject in the foreground and
the night scene in the background will

be properly exposed.
