Primary to Secondary: 20 Meg. ohm Minimum.
Primary to Frame Ground: 20 Meg. ohm Minimum.
5.4 Ground Leakage Current
The power supply ground leakage current shall be less than 3.5mA.
5.5 Ground Continuity
The power supply grounding continuity shall be less than 100m
