1. Disconnect power from the circuit you are testing. Then
unplug the power cord and remove any batteries.
2. Set the function selector to Rx1K W . Touch the probes
together and adjust the OHMS ADJ . control to bring the
pointer to the “ 0 ” position on the scale.
3. Touch the probes across the circuit or component you
are testing. Read the results on the scale.
