When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be

attachments other than what is supplied with the unit. This may cause
injuries.
5. When any appliance is used by or near children, adult supervision is
strongly recommended.

Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.

12. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to
modify the plug in any way.
13. To prevent electrical shock, DO NOT immerses cord, plug or any part of the
motor base in water or other liquids.
14. This appliance should not be used for purposes other than stated in the
instructions accompanying this appliance.
15. DO NOT leave unit unattended while in use or when plugged in to an outlet.

OFF first. It is preferable to be unplugged while assembling pieces.
