# Select GENERAL FUNCTIONS
$ Proceed to next page and select 09
KEY OPERATOR MODE key.
% Input ID Code (3 digits) and touch
the OK key
& Proceed to screen 03/05 and select 14
DEPT. COUNTER MODE.
( Touch the TOTAL COUNTER key to
display the sum of all the active
departmental counters.
NOTE
C To reset the function mode, press the RESET key.
C Contact your authorized servicing dealer to enable the Departmental Counter feature.
Function Setting for Key Operator
C To clear the total counter, touch the
INPUT key, enter a 0 and touch the
OK key.
C To print the counter lists for each
department, touch the LIST PRINT
key.
