Categories
XM channels are organized into channel categories, or genres, such as “Rock,” “Jazz,” or “News.” To
find a channel by category:
Select

menu
→ Live XM → All Categories.
You’ll see a list of all the XM categories. Turn the wheel to highlight a

category, then press the XM button to select it.
You’ll now see a list of all channels within that category. Use the wheel and

XM button to tune to your desired channel.
To briefly listen to each channel in a category, select “

Scan (category name)” then
press the XM button.
Favorite Channels
You can save up to 99 of your favorite channels in an easily accessible list.
While you’re tuned to a channel, press

options.
Select

Add to Favorites.
To listen to your favorite channels:
Press
1
menu.
Spin the wheel to highlight the

live XM icon. Press the XM button to select it.
Highlight and select

Favorite Channels.
