Introduction
The purpose of this document is to inform VoicePipe users how use the Polycom IP600/601 Phone with
VoicePipe. Each feature available with the VoicePipe Enhanced Seat will be described along with instructions on
how to use the feature. Some users may not have all of the functionality described in this document. Seat type
purchased determines which features are available.
The Polycom IP600 IP Phone
The VoicePipe Web Portal
The VoicePipe Web Portal is a robust tool that can be used to configure calling features such as do-not-disturb and
selective call forward. While most features can be activated using the phone, users may want to explore the
VoicePipe Web Portal to fully enjoy all of the powerful call management tools available with VoicePipe. Access to
the Web Portal can be ordered by your company’s VoicePipe Administrator. If you already have a VoicePipe Web
Portal account, you can login at this address:

The VoicePipe Toolbar
The VoicePipe Toolbar can be used to configure calling features such as do-not-disturb and call forward, and can
also be used for a wide variety of click to call features. The VoicePipe Toolbar complements the VoicePipe Web
Portal and allows users easy access to often used VoicePipe features. The VoicePipe Toolbar can be ordered by
your company’s VoicePipe Administrator. If you already have a VoicePipe Toolbar license, you can download the
application at:
