irradiation mode.
・ Preparation of batch irradiation: READY All is ON

・ Batch irradiation start: Press EMISSION button in front of the controller or turn on START ALL input
signal on the backside.
・ Batch stop: Press EMISSION button during irradiation or turn on STOP input on the backside.
