For two years from the date of purchase, The Patriot Company will
repair or replace at its option, free of charge to the original owner,
any parts found to be defective due to materials or workmanship.
This warranty applies to products sold and kept in North
America, that are operated and maintained as described in this
Owner’s & Operator’s Manual. Please note that the engine is
warranted separately by the engine manufacturer. Patriot does not
warranty the engine.
The misuse, abuse, commercial use beyond 90 days from the
date of purchase, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance of this
machine voids this warranty. The warranty does not cover parts that
need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear.
The Patriot Company shall not be liable for any damages or injuries
arising from our products, defective or otherwise. The Patriot Warranty
gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from
state to state.
