To update weight information
To update weights on • Philips
Songbird, enter your current
weight in the text box as shown.
To edit weights on Activa, go to • >
[Move] > [User profile] > [Weight].
Note
Always keep the weight information consistent •
in Philips Songbird and Activa.
To do so, synchronize
• Philips Songbird with
Activa: Launch Philips Songbird on the PC;
Plug Activa into the USB port of the PC.
After the synchronization, the last data you

entered are used as your latest information on
Philips Songbird and Activa.
Review goals
By transferring your workout data to Philips
Songbird on PC, you can view the status of
goal fulfillment. Accordingly, adjust your goals.
