Basic Operation
Thank you for purchasing this Panasonic digital cellular phone. This phone is
designed to operate on the Global System for Mobile Communications
(GSM).
Before operating this phone please read the ‘‘Important Information’’
section - see page i.
Switching the Phone On/Off
Be sure to insert the SIM card and battery beforehand. Long press
to
switch the phone on or off.
Making a Call
Ensure that the signal strength meter shows network coverage is available in
the current area.
Enter the area code > phone number >
International Dialling
Idle + Hold
until ‘‘+’’ is displayed > Enter a country code > area code >
phone number
Note: Many countries / regions include an initial ‘’0’’ in the area code.
This should, in most cases, be omitted when dialling international numbers.
Answering a Call
to answer a call or
to reject the call.
If a call is not answered, the number of incoming calls missed will be
displayed.
Ending a Call
Press
Emergency Calls
To make an emergency call the antenna symbol must be present

Initially Setting the Time/Date
You can set time and date displayed on the idle screen.
