Problem Possible cause a Possible solution
The CY-BT200U (this
unit) is inoperable.
The Switch Unit is disconnected.
● Connect the Switch Unit securely and properly.
The power of the Head unit is set to off.
● Turn on the power of the Head unit.
For other than the above
● Turn on and off the power of the Head unit.
● Toggle the ignition switch between ACC ON and ACC OFF of the car, or turn on and
off the mobile phone.
Audio output comes
out of the mobile
phone after
reconnection.
For some mobile phone models, audio output does not switch to the hands-free kit
automatically.
