Hill Climb (HILL) Program
The Hill Climb Program is a variable resistance program that works
the leg muscle groups. The resistance in the Hill Climb Program is
preprogrammed. To override the resistance settings for each
column, press the RESISTANCE arrow keys. The changes raise or
lower the columns on the remaining portion of the program profile.
Cross Country (XTR) Program
The Cross Country Program is a variable resistance program. It is
similar to the Hill Climb Program, but provides a different
preprogrammed resistance profile. To override the resistance
settings for each column, press the RESISTANCE arrow keys. The
changes raise or lower the columns on the remaining portion of the
program profile.

Before beginning any fitness program,
you should have a complete physical
examination by your physician. Consult
your physician for the heart rate
appropriate for your fitness level. If you

operation on or near the unit.
