Transfer
To send present call to another
extension or outside number 1 Press [dial tone]

Present call is put on hold, and the green light next to the
held call flutters
•
You are given a new call appearance
2 Dial the number to which the call is to be transferred
[ringback tone]
•
Remain on the line and announce the call; if there is no
answer or the line is busy, return to the held call by
pressing its call appearance button
3 Press again
•
Call is sent to the dialed extension or number
4 Hang up
