Cables
Several cables, which vary depending upon the communication requirements, are available. The
following is a description and wiring configuration of each cable (the arrows indicate direction of data
flow).
Cable Diagrams for Console Port #1
ATAD
The ATAD cable connects a 9-pin EIA-232 port to a 25-pin Hayes or compatible modem. The cable
