Errors / Troubleshooting:
Please refer to the following chart regarding Errors and Troubleshooting your
model 1157:
Error / Symptom Correctional Action
· No display after pressing the Power
button
· Check batteries; ensure correct
position, replace with 4 new ‘AA’ bat-
teries
· No response after pressing Start/
Stop button
· Press Start/Stop again
· Check and replace batteries
· Contact service department at 1-

· Battery icon flashes and/or backlight
decreases in brightness
· Check and replace batteries
· Cuff fails to fully inflate and no mea-
surement is taken · Re-apply cuff correctly, begin mea-
surement again
· Err01, Err02 or Err03 message on
display
· Cuff is improperly aligned. Align cuff
according to page 8 and measure
again.
