The help you find answers to your questions quickly and easily, log in to the software and consult any of
the following tools:
Tool Description
Search A support tool that enables you to do a keyword
search.
Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQs) A searchable list of customer questions, with
answers provided by Harmony's support center.
User Manual The User Manual provides an overview of features
of your Harmony remote and provides general
information about setting up and using the remote.
Help button Click this button for help specific to the step you are
on.
Troubleshoot A support tool that helps you identify the settings
that need to be adjusted in your configuration when
the Harmony remote is not controlling your system
correctly.
